N911 D0:07:24 mystery items on Tony's way to first day of work

first of two things i'm talking about here
appears on 2nd frame of D0:07:24
at the middle of the top of the screen;
persists for at least 11 frames;
reappears in a bigger way a second later,
at
D0:07:25
then persists thru D0:07:26
with its best frame being around
the 16th or 17th frame of D0:07:26

they seem to be eight spokes, we see four, forming an obtuse (NON-sharply angled) CONICAL point.

I have half-thought it semi-resembles:

1. f'truck ladder hanging out in front. but there is no f'truck in this
scene, it's just tony driving his little bebopmobile to his first day of
work. Also its metal spikes aren't parallel like ladder steps, they're
radial like wheel spokes.

2. boom mike, but it's too big

3. giant drill bit, but shaped in cross-section like an 8-pointed
asterisk
not a filled-in octagon

it's not an orb
it's not a heliperp
it's not a bird
it's not a shadow
but,
wott
theefugg
izzit
??

it is definitely
in the air
in front of and to the left of and higher than tony's windshield
and going about the same speed and direction he is.
it just bobs down and then up out of view again, it doesn't move
left or right on the screen much.

?something dangling off his own roof?

What you've excerpted is a shot that runs from 0:07:31 to 0:07:36 on my
DVD. I see the new things you mean but my opinion is that they're
natural glints from the camera lens and/or car window. Notice more of them in the upper left of the shot (before you cropped it). Notice the faint
stabs of sunlight lines stabbing through them. Notice how they don't
move independently but all stay in the same positions with respect to
one another as they swing to the right. It's like an area of random
pitting defects on the windshield to me.
