Lemme emphasize
that its first, darting-from-behind-tower appearance (at least its
first appearance in the Watermark scene) which appearance I've talked
about in detail, its first 3 or so frames while darting away from
the tower, these several frames alone seem pretty conclusively to
rule out it being windshield debris, if not by the darkness/shape
change, then BY HOW MUCH DISTANCE IS COVERED.
In definitely at most five
frames, the thing shoots out from behind the tower (on that radioman's
word "SMOKE") and CONSIDERABLY MORE DISTANCE than the
camera + the vehicle could have covered in the same FEW frames.
Everything else in the
picture moves ALMOST NOT AT ALL during those few frames, THEREFORE
THE CAMERA PLUS THE VEHICLE WERE BASICALLY STATIONARY DURING THOSE
FEW FRAMES, YET, the Whatzit moves A CONSIDERABLE DISTANCE in those
few frames.
It is action-packed, the
whatzit dances offscreen and on, little black dot twins and shadows
appear more than once, and the new WING-FLAPPING HOLOSHADOW is also
in this scene. Plus the Kubrick-2001-OBELISK-like Watermark itself.

It's in the
watermark scene. Find where the pair of wires appear in the mid/foreground,
across the north face of wtc1. Then see wispy bird-like-flapping SHADOWlike
image appear in the SKY, next to the pair of wires, to the left of
the tower. The flapping shadow then moves rightward across the lower
north FACE of wtc1, finally disappearing within the WATERMARK or totally
offscreen to the right.
What is causing the tall rectangle
of light along the north edge of the west side of WTC-1? It has a bunch
of intricate medium-to-dark-gray squiggles which do not appear to move.
This "watermark" (possibly a pond or bldg reflection?) is on
camera for about 10 seconds near the end of Chief Pfeifer's Ride to WTC
from the odor-of-gas location. It is supposedly just a few minutes after
the first hit.
The circled portion is a particularly
bright area in the opinion of my correspondent (Jim Scott) who provided
the screenshot.
Incidentally the bird/orb ufos,
visible as a pair in the sky to the right, resemble the SciFi Channel
WTC ufo in movement sometimes. They also uncannily bob with the camera,
appearing gyro-synched or something so as to draw as little attention
to themselves. In this way they remind me of "floaters" in one's
retina.
